CancellationsOnce access to CPD Online
has been granted, if you wish to cancel any subscription you
purchase, cancellation shall be at our discretion and if accepted
may be subject to a cancellation charge.
Changes of subscription
CPD Online has a Members' and a non-Members'
subscription rate. If you have subscribed at the non-Members'
rate but then become eligible for the Members' discounted rate
during the subscription term we will be happy to
extend your subscription to account for the excess money paid.
We will double the number of months remaining on the
subscription from the time you became eligible for the
discount. Please contact
the CPD Online team to request this as this will
not be done automatically.
We are unfortunately not able to provide refunds if you have
purchased an individual subscription and subsequently become part
of a group subscription.
Subscription expiry dates
To find out the date your subscription will
expire, go to My subscription status
(under 'Manage my account' in the 'My CPD Online' area). Please
note that the invoice you receive from Turpin will show an expiry
date backdated to the end of the previous month, but this is simply
because renewal notices are sent out on a monthly basis.
It is the subscriber's responsibility to activate their
subscription after purchase. We are unfortunately not able to
provide refunds if a subscription activation link has
been sent but not used.
