Section 12(2) Induction: Module 4 – Protecting patients' rights and autonomy

This session is called 'Protecting patients' rights and autonomy' and I want to give you a flavour of how it is on the other side of the fence.

 

Most of the rest of the training you're doing is about the nuts and bolts and how to apply the law, but I think it is good to think about the more personal ways in which detention affects the service user and how to negotiate such a potentially problematic issue.
