Dr Sharma did her core training in Psychiatry in Bristol before
moving to South West London and St George’s Training scheme in
2009. Her interests include psychopharmacology, psychotic disorders
and substance misuse, and she has been involved in a research
project in addiction entitled ‘Opiate agonists and antagonists
modulate taste perception in opiate-maintained, and recently
detoxified subjects.’ She is also interested in Section 136 and the
follow-up of this group post-discharge.

Dr Pathan is a member of the Psychopharmacology SIG at the Royal
College of Psychiatrists and has special interests in
neuropsychiatry and eating disorders. He has been actively involved
in Prescribing Observatory for Mental Health (POMH-UK) and lithium
audits locally and has worked with a team of professionals to
implement the National Patient Safety Agency (NPSA) alerts

Dr Shinith did her initial training in
psychiatry from Govt Trivandrum Medical College in India before
moving to the UK. She completed her core training in
psychiatry with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
in 2018. Her special interest includes neurodevelopmental disorder
and psychosis. She has done quality improvement projects on lithium
monitoring and recently published a case report on Sleep Related
Eating Disorder in BMJ case reports
